The weather is absolutely miserable today. I feel like I may have forgotten what the sun looks like! All this week I've been getting up at the unholy hour of 6.30 to help my boyfriend get ready, because if he were to be left to his own devices he would never make it to the hospital for ward rounds at 8am (he's studying to be a doctor!). It's already painful to drag yourself out of bed when it's still as black as night outside but pouring rain and freezing temperatures make it that much harder. Plus, for the past hour or so I've been contemplating how I'm going to get to work today without drowning...

So, what could possibly cheer me up today? Well perhaps drooling over delicious jewellery which looks good enough to eat will do the trick? Perhaps.
