It's by Annie Greenabelle for Topshop and now that it's in the sale I want it more than ever. Unfortunatly my recent holiday means that I do not have a spare £45. Oh well, perhaps I can make do with some kind of DIY- it looks as though it would be fairly simple to recreate something that resembles this dress.
Unless I can find that wizard.....
